• Plastering
  This is a two coat system over walls and ceilings which ends up a smooth finish which is ready to be painted or papered
• Plaster Repair
  This can be anything from a hole in your ceiling or wall or bad cracks
• Drylining
  This is a fast method securing plasterboard over stud walls, or dot and dab over brick and block.
• Rendering
  This method is a sand & cement mix applied to exposed blockwork or brick which offers a good strong durable surface. This is a two coat application. The first is a scratch coat that will offer the second layer a good surface to bond to. The second coat is then smoothed down or rubbed to a quality finish.

  Boarded and overboarded
• Artex
  Artex is applied to ceilings and walls to produce a durable, long lasting and artistic finish. On badly cracked or uneven ceilings artex can be used to mask defects and unevenness giving an old ceiling almost a whole new appearance. Artex has had a lot of negative attention of recent years due to a lot of amatuers attempting to artex and leaving very poor examples but when applied correctly and with more modern patterns it can still look very attractive.
• Artex Removal
  For those that are not convinced by the above paragraph or just have a preference to the clean smooth plastered finish to your ceilings and walls.
• Coving, Cornices & Ceiling Roses
  Coving adds a finishing touch to a room with its sharp internals and external mitres. Standard size rooms with a 2.4 high ceiling would benefit from having 4 / 5 inch coving. Older properties such as 1930's and older with a higher than normal ceiling height would mostly benefit from patterned coving / cornice mouldings. Ceiling Roses add a touch of class and a slight regal feel to larger rooms and in particular older properties.
• Asbestos Testing
• Test samples are taken from artex / ceilings and sent to a specialist asbestos testing laboratory for analysis. Results are back in writing within 48 hrs.
• Damp proofing
• We specialise in the application of breathable plastic mesh membrane to prevent damp coming through your walls.
